We aim to ship all other orders within 2-5 business days after receipt of cleared funds (Monday to Friday). We occasionally list products that are special-order items, so the shipping time will be slightly longer.
If this is the case, we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date.
An express delivery option is available on selected items.
If your order is placed before 3 p. (Monday to Friday) and the item is in stock, it will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 business days (for some out-of-area postcodes, delivery may take a little longer).

All deliveries are made by courier and most require a signature. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the item.
If the item is returned to us, we will need to charge for redelivery.
For orders cancelled after dispatch, you must follow our returns procedure.
Delayed/missing orders in transit: We promise that we will do everything possible to ensure you receive your order within the specified time. Sometimes events beyond our control may delay your parcel while it is with the carrier, and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.
What should I do if I have not received my delivery?
We will gladly accept your return within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in new and unused condition and include all original materials (if applicable). All returned items will be tested before refunds are issued.
