This serves to expedite the shipping process. As soon as your defective old part arrives at our location, the amount will be refunded to you (we usually take up to 6 working days). The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. This also speeds up shipping. Old parts must arrive within 45 days. After 45 days, you can of course still send back old parts, but there will be a deduction of 30%. Because we have to procure replacements after 45 days. Otherwise, we would not have these parts in our program in the short to medium term.

Old parts that are not returned within 6 months cannot be accepted. We find this deadline more than reasonable.

Long story short; please return the old parts to us within 45 days. The sooner, the better for all of us. After all, you want your deposit back faster and we want the old parts.

Please note that your old part must be refundable. No external mechanical damage, e. No broken connectors, no broken sensors. The part must be in one piece, i. It must not be disassembled into individual parts, but only professionally removed. Shipping is done with DHL and may take 1-2 days from package drop-off, however, generally, we deliver shipments with DHL Premium and express shipments with UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to foreign countries by cash on delivery. We currently have excluded some EU countries from our delivery list because these countries have a too high VAT rate. We can deliver this merchandise if you agree to pay the price difference (example: Hungary 27% VAT and we have only 19% in Germany). Otherwise, ask your garage to check the part number using a mirror or research camera. This price is only valid if you send us your old defective item. We will charge you with an additional 100 EURO as a deposit (core pledge) prior to sending you the spare part. Please note that parts must be refundable.

The items are not allowed to be mechanically damaged, e. They are not allowed to be dismantled (only complete parts are refundable). The part number on the item has to be readable.

Cores must arrive within 45 days to us at the latest. After 45 days, you can of course also send cores back, but here it comes to deductions of 30% because we have to supply new cores if the pump doesn't arrive in a certain time. Otherwise, some products will not be available within the shortest time. We do not accept any core after 6 months have passed.

Long story short; please send the cores back to us within 45 days. The faster, the better for us all. Finally, you want the deposit amount back faster and we need the cores back faster.

We use DHL Premium for parcels within Europe & UPS Express for express parcels. Please understand that the same sales price for every country in the EU is not doable due to VAT difference. For example, VAT is 27% in Hungary, but VAT in Germany is only 19%.

Payments are always in advance. We are not responsible for it. Please inform yourself at your local authorities. Condition: Rebuilt (disassembled, cleaned, worn parts replaced, reassembled, painted, tested at a test bench for several hours). No low-quality imports from the Middle East, but only original products used by the vehicle manufacturer.

Before purchasing, please check if your old defective part has an OEM/OM comparison number. Returns on parts that have already been mounted are very complicated.
