The refundable deposit amount is shown in the listing settings. Upon receipt, the returned used part is checked according to the following criteria.

The used part must be returned complete, not dismantled, without external damage, and suitable for reconditioning. We will review the available options together.

Before returning, remove any fuel residue and seal all connections with suitable caps. Returning the part in the product packaging makes identification easier and speeds up technical inspection. Pack the used part securely.

Damage caused by insufficient packaging may lead to refusal of the return.

Only original parts with a recognizable OE identification are accepted. Copies and aftermarket parts are excluded. Parts with the following defects cannot be accepted for return: incomplete or previously dismantled part; mechanical damage or cracks in the housing; copy or missing OE manufacturer identification.
