We offer a wide range of payment methods. All our listings require immediate payment. We use an automated ordering system. Once we receive an order, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to refuse delivery for a return, or accept the item and send it back to us.

Most orders will be delivered within 5 business days. Please note that we will only begin processing your order after receiving your payment.

If you have paid by bank transfer, we regret that we cannot guarantee same-day shipping due to the longer processing time of your payment by the bank. From that point on, you can track your order using your tracking number on the carrier’s website provided.

However, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. In this case, we cannot be held responsible. If we expect shipment more than 48 hours after receiving your payment, you will be informed immediately.

Please return your item(s) in the original packaging and make sure all packages are properly packed. You must include a copy of your delivery note with your items, as this is proof of purchase. Otherwise, your refund will be delayed. Please contact us for the return address - do not return to the address on the sales invoice. Any item returned without authorization will be rejected! Mister Auto accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to goods in transit; please make sure insurance coverage is selected whenever possible. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and, at our discretion, credit may be refused.
