Shipping is done with DHL and may take 1-2 days from the package drop-off, but generally, we deliver shipments with DHL Premium and express shipments with UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to foreign countries by cash on delivery. We have currently excluded some EU countries from our delivery list because these countries have a very high VAT rate. We can deliver this goods if you agree to pay the price difference (for example: Hungary 27% VAT and we only have 19% in Germany).

Please note that parts must be refundable. The items are not allowed to be mechanically damaged.

They are not allowed to be dismantled (only complete parts are refundable). The part number on the item has to be readable. Cores must arrive within 45 days to us at the latest.

After 45 days, you can, of course, also send cores back, but here it comes to deductions of 30% because we have to supply new cores if the pump doesn't arrive in a certain time. Otherwise, some products will not be available within the shortest time. We do not accept any core after 6 months have passed.

Long story short; please send the cores back to us within 45 days. The faster the better for us all.
