The core deposit is refunded once we have received and approved the compatible used unit as suitable for reconditioning. This item is sold on an exchange basis. The refundable deposit amount is specified in the listing details. Upon receipt, the returned used unit is inspected against the following criteria.

Requirements for the used unit. A used unit may be returned when a reconditioned pump has been supplied on an exchange basis. The return period is 14 days from receipt of the exchange pump.

The used unit must be returned complete, not dismantled, free from external damage and suitable for reconditioning. We will discuss the available options with you.

Before returning the unit, remove any residual fuel and seal all connections with suitable caps.

Returning it in the product packaging makes identification easier and speeds up the technical inspection. Pack the used unit securely. Damage caused by inadequate packaging may result in the return being rejected.

Only original parts with a recognisable OE identification marking are accepted. Copies and aftermarket parts are excluded.

Parts with the following defects cannot be accepted:
Incomplete or previously dismantled units.

Mechanical damage or cracks in the housing.
Copies or units without OE manufacturer identification.
