If you paid by bank transfer, we regret that we cannot guarantee same-day shipping due to the longer processing time required by the bank. From that point on, you can track your order using your tracking number on the carrier’s website. We do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you within the advertised timeframe. If we expect shipment to take more than 48 hours after receiving your payment, you will be informed immediately. At Mister Auto, your satisfaction is our priority. However, in the event of an order cancellation or product return, please consult our terms and conditions. All products must be returned in a resalable condition, together with the original packaging and all documentation provided. Please return your item(s) in the original packaging and make sure all packaging is properly packed.

You must include a copy of your delivery note with your items, as it serves as proof of purchase. Otherwise, your refund will be delayed. Please contact us for the return address - do not return to the address on the sales invoice. Any item returned without authorization will be rejected!
