The core deposit is refunded once we have received and approved the compatible old unit as suitable for reconditioning. This item is sold on an exchange basis. The refundable deposit amount is shown in the listing details. Upon receipt, the returned old unit is inspected against the following criteria.

Requirements for the old unit.

An old unit can be returned when a reconditioned pump has been supplied under the exchange scheme. The return period is 14 days from receipt of the exchange pump.

The old unit must be returned complete, not dismantled, free from external damage and suitable for reconditioning.

We will review the available options with you.

Before returning the unit, drain any remaining fuel and seal all connections with suitable plugs. Returning it in the product packaging makes identification easier and speeds up the technical inspection.

Pack the old unit securely. Damage caused by inadequate packaging may result in the return being rejected.

Only original parts with a legible OE identification marking are accepted. Copies and aftermarket replacement parts are excluded.

Parts with the following defects cannot be accepted for return.

Incomplete or previously dismantled unit.
Mechanical damage or cracks in the housing.

Copy or missing OE manufacturer identification.
